The Service is available to users of all ages. We do not restrict access based on age, as no personal data is collected or required to use the Service.
The Service does not require account creation, registration, or submission of personal data. Any custom tactics, squad plans, or preferences configured by You are stored locally on Your Device via LocalStorage. You are solely responsible for managing or clearing Your local browser data.
We use Vercel Analytics & SpeedInsights for anonymous traffic metrics, and Sentry for technical error logging to ensure service stability. No personal identification is gathered.
xScouting is an independent tactical analysis tool and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with EA Sports, Sports Interactive, UEFA, FIFA, or any professional football club. All product names, logos, brands, and registered trademarks mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes.
Player images and metadata displayed on the Website are fetched dynamically via public APIs (such as Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons) and remain the property of their respective creators under Creative Commons or Public Domain licenses.
Any feature suggestions, bug reports, or tactical feedback provided by users are completely voluntary. Displaying user handles, nicknames, or public profile names as visual acknowledgments within the Service does not create an employment relationship, monetary compensation, or guaranteed ownership of the requested features.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Reddit, Wikipedia, or external platforms) that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

xScouting is free to access. Voluntary financial contributions made via third-party platforms (such as Ko-fi) are strictly non-refundable donations intended to support site maintenance and infrastructure costs. Donations do not constitute the purchase of equity, ownership, or guaranteed custom features.
The Service may display third-party advertisements. The Company does not control, endorse, or guarantee the products, services, or claims made within third-party advertising banners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Service.
The laws of Spain shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
